This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in ERP system implementation and operational process improvement. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP modules including finance, inventory, HR, and supply chain. • Support data migration and validation processes, and help resolve related technical issues. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflow requirements and ensure system alignment. • Generate analytical reports and assist in data interpretation to support decision-making and process enhancements. • Provide basic training and ongoing support to ERP end-users for effective system usage. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Experience: Less than 1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) • Gender: No Preference • Career Level: Entry Level ________________________________________ Key Skills • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and general IT tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of business operations and process mapping • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
