Location: Multiple Cities, Pakistan (Faisalabad, Karachi, Khanewal, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi) Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 / Month Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift: Second Shift (3 PM – 12 AM) ________________________________________ Job Overview Cliniverse Research, LLC is looking for a competent IT Systems Administrator and Email Deliverability Expert to join our growing team. This role combines email infrastructure management and business development support to enhance lead generation and outreach for clinical trial opportunities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Email Infrastructure & Deliverability • Configure and authenticate domains using SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records. • Set up and manage email inboxes via Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms. • Use automated email warm-up tools to maintain domain reputation. • Monitor domain health, reputation, bounce, and spam rates. Email Campaign Management • Launch targeted cold email campaigns using CRM/outreach platforms. • A/B test subject lines, sender names, and content templates to improve engagement. • Track and optimize email marketing performance metrics. Lead Generation & Business Development • Utilize platforms like Apollo.io to source sponsor/CRO contacts. • Monitor registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov for new opportunities. • Maintain and update sponsor profiles, study trackers, and communication records. Clinical Study Support (Training Provided) • Support coordination of clinical study activities and sponsor communications. ________________________________________ Requirements • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT systems/email administration. • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. • Deep understanding of email deliverability practices. • Experience with platforms like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Zoho, etc. • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and available to work U.S. time zone hours (3 PM – 12 AM PKT). ________________________________________ Additional Details • Industry: Healthcare / Clinical Research • Functional Area: IT / Networking • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree • Career Level: Experienced Professional • Gender: No Preference ________________________________________ Note: Applications not meeting the required criteria will not be considered.
