Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month (plus TADA and performance-based increments) ________________________________________ About the Role Superstar: The Group of Publishers, Lahore, is seeking proactive and dynamic Area Managers to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidates will actively promote our books and educational resources across public and private schools within their designated regions. ________________________________________ Eligibility Criteria • Minimum Graduate Degree from an HEC-recognized university • 1-2 years of proven experience in Marketing (preferably in the Education Sector) • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and result-oriented mindset ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Visit public and private schools to market our books and educational materials. • Develop and maintain relationships with school management and key stakeholders. • Collect and compile data from schools in the assigned region. • Prepare daily reports and share them with the immediate supervisor. • Achieve assigned yearly marketing and sales targets. • Adhere to the company's Employee Code of Conduct and HR policies. ________________________________________ Benefits • Competitive starting salary package: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month • Performance-based salary revisions • Separate TADA (Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance) • Opportunities for growth and professional development ________________________________________ Work Location • Field-based / In-person (Assigned Areas)
