Eligibility Criteria & Requirements • Education: Minimum DAE (Chemical Technology) or B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognized institution. • Experience: 2–3 years of practical experience in ghee manufacturing & edible oil plants. • Technical Knowledge: o Hydrogenation o Neutralization o Bleaching o Deodorization • Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and process control systems. • Knowledge of quality assurance, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations. • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills with attention to detail. • Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible with a professional attitude. • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email handling) will be a plus. • Preference will be given to candidates with previous ghee/edible oil plant experience.
