FonGrow (Private) Limited is hiring Junior Manager – Agriculture & Livestock Farm Operations (Khanewal)

As Junior Manager – Agriculture / Livestock Farm Operations, you will be responsible for: • Developing cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting templates. • Recording daily cash receipts, payments, crop transactions, labour count, and acreage. • Managing petty cash reconciliation and operational payments at the farm. • Verifying supporting documents with approvals for audit and compliance. • Coordinating with the cashier and local farm team for documentation and filing. • Maintaining records of crop harvesting & dispatch (date-wise, crop-wise, quantity, by-products, and rates). • Tracking inventory receipts and issues (date-wise, item-wise, crop-wise). • Using ERP software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems) and MS Excel for financial reporting. • Supporting line management with ad hoc reporting to Head Office.
