Whitecollars, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. With hundreds of marketing campaigns and a wide range of products, we need a professional who can track, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance. Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from Shopify, marketing campaigns (mainly Pinterest), and other sources to identify growth opportunities.
Generate weekly performance reports on KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Monitor advertising campaign performance and recommend ROI-focused optimizations.
Conduct A/B testing and product experiments to guide marketing strategy.
Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance.
Prepare weekly summary reports with actionable recommendations.
Maintain data records and build dashboards/automations for streamlined reporting.

Required Qualifications

2 – 3 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Hands-on experience with Shopify reporting and Google Analytics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Experience working with large SKU counts or high-traffic e-commerce platforms.

Workload & Collaboration

Weekly workload: 20 – 40 hours.
Training videos and process guidelines provided.
Collaboration via Upwork chat and project updates.
