Educational Development Network (EDN) is looking for experienced female professionals to join as Section Head Pre-School across multiple campuses in Pakistan. This is a great opportunity for passionate educators with a background in early childhood education who want to contribute to building strong foundations for young learners.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in implementing academic and administrative policies.

• Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum delivery.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance teaching quality.

• Monitor and maintain student progress records; coordinate assessment procedures.

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and school activities.

• Organize co-curricular programs and events to enrich the learning experience.

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and smooth daily operations.

• Act as a bridge between teachers, parents, and administration for effective coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office & digital reporting tools.

• Creativity, adaptability, and leadership in early childhood education.

• Classroom management and organizational skills.
