Job Responsibilities

Monitor loan outstanding portfolios and identify potential delinquencies.
Conduct field visits to assess repayment ability of customers.
Work closely with branch managers and credit officers for prompt recoveries.
Engage with customers via calls and visits to encourage timely payments.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with banking policies.
Ensure strict confidentiality of customer financial data.
Comply with SBP regulations and other legal guidelines.

Requirements

Positions Available: 50+ across 30+ cities in Pakistan.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year in the banking/finance sector.
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of MIS, portfolio management, and recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and banking systems.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Market awareness and problem-solving ability.
