The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong customer relationships, promote bank loan and asset financing products, and achieve sales growth targets through ethical and professional practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch and individual targets.

Promote and sell loan and asset products to potential and existing clients.

Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency.

Analyze customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

Negotiate and finalize loan deals within approved guidelines.

Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation.

Communicate product terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly.

Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain portfolio health.

Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or microfinance are encouraged to apply.
