As a Relationship Manager, you will receive hands-on training, on-the-job coaching, and exposure to core banking operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, deposit generation, and cross-selling banking & consumer products in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Up to 26 years at the time of application
Education: Minimum 14 years of education (HEC-recognized institution)
Minimum Grades:
- CGPA: 2.5/4.0 or above
- Percentage: 62.5% or above
Degree Status: Final-year students awaiting official transcripts may also apply
Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged; relevant work experience is a plus
