Position: Freight Management Expert – Multan Office

Role Overview

The Freight Management Expert will handle daily freight coordination, scheduling, communication with Australian teams, booking management, and operational support to ensure seamless transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interstate freight movements
Manage bookings, scheduling, and route planning
Communicate with drivers, customers, and Australian depots
Track vehicles and provide timely updates to clients
Maintain documentation and compliance records
Quickly resolve operational issues
Support management in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Experience in logistics or transport coordination (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
Basic computer skills
Customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage
