The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting knowledge, and prior experience in a corporate environment—preferably within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily transaction records based on the central database (Google Sheets).
Perform daily trip cost calculations and profit analysis.
Update trip details in Climax to generate trip numbers and system-based P&L.
Manage accounts payable and receivable for both customers and vendors.
Reconcile PODs (Proof of Delivery) as a second verification step before invoice printing.
Generate invoices, apply GST/WHT deductions, and ensure tax compliance.
Reconcile ledgers and prepare monthly financial analysis reports.

Skills & Competencies

Strong managerial and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in:
