PrintKraft Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Officer – Quality Assurance to support and strengthen quality systems within our printing, packaging, and related manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong QA expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Position Details

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / BS / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institute)

• Required Experience: 3–5 years in QA within printing, packaging, or a related manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

• Implement and maintain QMS, conduct internal audits, and manage inspection/testing protocols.

• Investigate customer complaints and drive preventive and corrective actions.

• Maintain quality documentation, batch history, performance KPIs, and issue monthly scorecards.

• Supervise lab testing operations and support training of QA staff.

• Prepare detailed reports with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
