Job Description

Daraz is looking for a competent and detail-oriented LMP Associate – DEX to manage delivery partner operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain strong partner relationships in Multan.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with LMP partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations of delivery partners, including deliveries, returns, backlog handling, and KPI performance.
Ensure timely and accurate deposits of all financial transactions (CODs, collections, etc.).
Perform daily and weekly reconciliation to maintain data and financial accuracy.
Monitor partner compliance with Daraz’s operational and ethical standards.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Assist in onboarding and training new partners when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BBA or a related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or delivery operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (preferred).
Basic understanding of finance, reconciliations, and related processes.
