READ Foundation is hiring Assistant Procurement Officer

Salary Range: PKR 55,000 – 60,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in the humanitarian or development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify potential vendors through market visits and assessments.

• Maintain vendor relationship records and procurement documentation.

• Manage requisitions and ensure that all approved purchases are properly logged.

• Follow the formal procurement process in accordance with the approved plan.

• Prepare bid analyses and present recommendations to the purchasing committee.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
