Position Overview

Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Talent to support and drive talent acquisition, learning & development, leadership capability building, and succession planning at the factory level. This role plays a critical part in executing the Education & Training (E&T) Master Plan and strengthening Nestlé’s people strategy to build a sustainable talent pipeline and competitive business advantage.


Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Execute site-level people strategies aligned with short- and long-term business objectives

  • Support Nestlé Leadership Principles, Organizational Alignment, and Development initiatives

  • Foster an open, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture

Change & Performance Management

  • Act as a change agent by challenging existing structures and driving continuous improvement

  • Support line managers through coaching on core people and performance processes

  • Ensure effective implementation of the Performance Management system, recognizing high performance and addressing performance gaps

Talent, Learning & Leadership Development

  • Design, execute, and continuously improve training, coaching, and leadership development programs

  • Conduct competency assessments to ensure effective capability building and knowledge transfer

  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives across functional units

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strong talent acquisition outcomes

  • Strengthen Nestlé Pakistan’s Employer Brand and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels


What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology) from an HEC-recognized institution

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or HR business partnering

  • Strong adaptability and proactive mindset to respond to changing business and workforce needs

  • Ability to engage employees effectively by communicating company values, culture, career growth, and benefits

  • Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple business units or categories

  • Prior exposure to the FMCG sector will be an added advantage

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
