Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager – Conversion to oversee and optimize the end-to-end conversion process. The role requires strong analytical capability, operational coordination, and the ability to drive performance improvements through data-driven insights and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the complete conversion cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
Analyze lead and conversion data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly conversion KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Support training and coaching of team members on conversion techniques and customer handling best practices.
Assist in the development and execution of conversion strategies, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-ups and process compliance to maximize conversion efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in conversion, operations, or a related industrial role.
