Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager SME to manage and grow the SME portfolio. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve assigned targets while complying with SBP regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow SME business including Housing Finance, School Finance, Commercial Vehicles, and SME loans.
Lead branch SME operations to achieve profitability, portfolio quality, and sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies based on market assessment and potential.
Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with SME clients.
Oversee verification, disbursement, collection, and cross-selling activities.
Ensure effective portfolio management with focus on zero PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
Supervise, coach, and motivate Relationship Officers to achieve KPIs and performance goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal SOPs, and credit policies.
Maintain MIS reports related to sales, collections, verification, and disbursement.
Ensure effective loan documentation, verification, and fraud prevention.
Coordinate with operations teams for timely disbursement and service delivery.
Manage customer complaints and maintain high service quality standards.
Support branch deposit growth through existing and new customer relationships.
Ensure timely audits, reporting, and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance or banking sector
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Sound understanding of credit evaluation, SME financing, and portfolio management
