Job Description

Stylo is looking for dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Managers to lead store operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards in line with company policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning
Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and performance
Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with financial procedures
Implement company SOPs, visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, and operational standards
Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance
Coordinate with Area Managers to support overall business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)

Experience & Skills

5–6 years of experience in a similar retail management role
Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
Proven expertise in store operations, sales management, and customer engagement
Good understanding of inventory management, cash controls, and shrinkage prevention
Ability to execute SOPs, VM guidelines, and operational policies effectively
