Job Description

Stylo is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist – Brand Activation to support and execute impactful brand activation initiatives across retail outlets, events, and consumer engagement platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, ensuring seamless on-ground execution, and maintaining consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of brand activation activities across retail stores, BTL campaigns, events, and product launches.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Assist in vendor onboarding, PO creation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
Track and monitor media installations including OOH, DOOH, in-store branding, digital screens, and signage to ensure alignment with approved brand guidelines.
Maintain consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
Coordinate with retail teams for activation execution and timelines.
Handle shop-level marketing complaints, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Support reporting, tracking, and performance evaluation of brand activation activities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

4–5 years of relevant experience in Brand Activation or Marketing
