Jadeed Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor – Genset Department for its Feed Mill operations in Khanewal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generator sets, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and monitor generator sets (gensets) efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in gensets.

• Manage and work with generator control systems, preferably EMCP, HMI, and DSE.

• Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and company regulations.

• Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations.

Qualification & Skills

• BSc Electrical / Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 03 years of relevant experience
  OR

• DAE / B-Tech Electrical / Electronic with a minimum of 08 years of relevant experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Hands-on, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.
