About the Program

The Nestlé Youth Ambassador Program (YAP) 2026 is a year-long leadership and brand engagement initiative designed to empower university students across Pakistan. As a Youth Ambassador, you will serve as the official representative of Nestlé on your campus, driving awareness, engagement, and participation in Nestlé’s youth-focused programs.

Youth Ambassadors play a key role in executing on-ground and digital initiatives, strengthening Nestlé’s presence within universities, and creating meaningful impact through collaboration, creativity, and leadership.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on brand experience, develop professional skills, and become part of Nestlé’s future talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Nestlé and its youth initiatives across university campuses
Lead and execute student engagement activities and awareness campaigns
Support the rollout of Nestlé programs, events, and activations
Drive participation through on-campus engagement and digital platforms
Collaborate with student societies, clubs, and university administration
Promote Nestlé initiatives through social media and storytelling
Act as a brand ambassador ensuring strong visibility and positive impact

Eligibility Criteria

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled 2nd or 3rd year university students (any discipline)
Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills
Active involvement in student societies, clubs, or campus initiatives
Solid social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok preferred)
Passionate about leadership, creativity, and collaboration
Enthusiastic about representing Nestlé and its brands
Confident in coordinating with student bodies and event organizers
Ability to balance academic commitments with program responsibilities
Eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world brand experience
