Job Overview

Telecom Foundation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales (Solar & IoT Solutions) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding market presence for renewable energy and IoT-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar and IoT solutions
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or IoT solutions
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage enterprise and corporate clients
Results-oriented with strong analytical and planning abilities
Willingness to travel as required
