Job Description

Location: Kallar Kahar
Department: Administration

Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all land-related administrative, legal, and documentation activities, ensuring smooth land acquisition, accurate records, and compliance with statutory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of land affectees, acquisition payments, and compensation.

  • Coordinate land purchase activities with Halqa Patwari and local landowners.

  • Maintain accurate revenue records for purchased and acquired land.

  • Prepare and process land purchase documentation for the Land Purchase Committee.

  • Monitor pending mutation cases, provide weekly updates, and obtain finalized copies from the Revenue Department.

  • Assist landowners with inheritance-related matters and mutation processes.

  • Facilitate negotiations between landowners and HOD via Patwari and local notables.

  • Identify and demarcate purchased and unpurchased land, prevent encroachments, and take physical possession with revenue staff.

  • Manage and update Shamilat land records and resolve related issues.

  • Coordinate with the Labor Department on labor matters and support legal compliance.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by HOD.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of land laws, revenue records, and mutation procedures

  • Effective negotiation and dispute-resolution skills

  • Willingness to work in field conditions for surveys and demarcation

  • Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills

  • Good interpersonal skills for coordination with landowners, local notables, and government officials

  • Compliance with HSE policies
