Vital Pakistan Trust is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Officer to join our head office team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for network hardware, systems, and related installations across the organization. This role ensures smooth IT operations through installation, configuration, integration, and ongoing monitoring of network performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all network hardware, systems, and server components.

• Monitor network performance and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for IT-related problems.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and integration of new servers and network components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant technical support experience.

• Hands-on exposure to networking, security, and server-related protocols and technologies.
