Stylo is seeking a qualified HSE Specialist to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems in line with national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage HSE systems in compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
Lead safety training sessions, drills, and awareness programs to strengthen employee engagement and compliance.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions.
Monitor waste management, air quality, and water usage to ensure ISO 14001 compliance and support sustainability initiatives.
Conduct site inspections and audits, prepare performance reports, and track HSE KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and projects.
Support management in certifications, audit preparations, and continuous HSE improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences.
NEBOSH Level 6 & OTHM Level 5 certifications.
4–6 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the retail or warehouse sector.
