Program: Education Program
Location: Alkhidmat Foundation Head Office,
3 KM Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Dream Villas, Lahore

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager – Education to lead and manage multi-faceted education initiatives aimed at sustainable community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-component education programs, including scholarships, child protection, and learning initiatives.
Oversee the entire program cycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Ensure effective budget planning, monitoring, and fund utilization in line with donor and organizational guidelines.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, regional offices, partners, and external stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality narrative and quantitative reports for senior management and donors.
Ensure compliance with child protection, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise program teams and provide leadership to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Conduct regular field visits for program monitoring, verification, and impact assessment.
Maintain accurate program data using MIS/ERP systems and data management tools.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Project Management
Experience: 06 – 08 years of relevant experience in education or development sector programs
Strong understanding of program management frameworks and compliance standards
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS/ERP, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively
