Job Opportunity

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Executive Officer (Finance) to support financial operations, reporting, and coordination across departments.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform regular account reconciliations.
Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, vouchers, and periodic reports.
Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Perform accounting data entry in financial software with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure effective coordination with programs, departments, and internal/external stakeholders.
Exhibit strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with accounting and financial management software.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
