Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, retention, brand visibility, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels within the financial services and insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, print, events, and social media.
Oversee content development including brand messaging, marketing collateral, website content, and email campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness; optimize strategies accordingly.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and impact.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services or insurance.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Proven experience in content strategy, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
