About the Role:
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Orphan Family Support Program (OFSP). The role involves strategic planning, program oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure impactful and sustainable support for orphaned children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual departmental plans, budgets, and performance monitoring systems.

• Ensure high-quality data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement of orphan support initiatives.

• Manage donor relationships, including progress reporting, sponsorship renewals, and fundraising campaigns.

• Coordinate with regional teams, internal departments, and external partners to achieve program goals.

• Oversee program operations, staff support, ERP system management, and secure documentation.

• Prepare proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for donors and strategic partners.

• Establish strong linkages with local, national, and international organizations in the social development sector.

• Support and monitor child development activities across program regions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit or social development sector.
