Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce organizational security policies and procedures.
Monitor internal control systems to maintain appropriate security clearance.
Develop local security programs in line with corporate standards and legal requirements.
Continuously improve measures against theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, and other site-specific risks.
Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and relevant authorities.
Develop and execute annual security business plans.
Lead deployment of processes and systems to mitigate security risks.
Ensure compliance with corporate security rules, SOPs, guidelines, and government regulations.
Monitor health and safety procedures within the store.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve security-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Prior experience in security management or related field is an advantage.
