Job Summary:
Stylo is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct inspections, and promote a safety-first culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce HSE policies, SOPs, and safety standards in warehouse operations.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards.
Maintain HSE records, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
Monitor proper use of PPE, safety signage, and adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Support environmental initiatives, including waste management, recycling, and energy conservation.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist during compliance audits.
Inspect and maintain firefighting systems and fire alarm equipment, ensuring readiness.
Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
Foster a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.
NEBOSH Level 3 / IGC and IOSH certification.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of OHSE management systems and international safety standards.
Expertise in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify training needs and deliver effective safety programs.
Proficiency in report writing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.

Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on HSE experience in warehouse operations.
