Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Sales Reporting will manage all aspects of the Management Information System (MIS) for the sales function, providing accurate, actionable, and timely data analysis to support management decision-making on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the IT department/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of sales-related IT projects.
Design and implement KPIs for effective sales performance measurement.
Oversee Master Data Management to create efficiencies across the sales organization.
Ensure system integrity for product and customer data to minimize discrepancies.
Centralize and manage master data for effective reporting and analysis.
Support the sales team by providing insightful reports and data-driven recommendations.
Liaise with third-party providers for secondary sales data support.
Develop, implement, and review Policies and SOPs to strengthen sales operations.
Conduct training sessions to roll out new policies and SOPs for relevant stakeholders.
Establish a strong Sales MIS foundation and promote an information-driven decision-making culture.
Approve and oversee all MIS-generated reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Standardize MIS procedures across all business applications.
Analyze business reports, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Manage MIS team, including recruitment, supervision, development, and performance management.
Centralize and maintain master data for all distributors across Pakistan.

In-depth product knowledge and understanding of sales processes

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 4–6 years in relevant sales reporting or MIS roles
