Qualification

• Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required)

Experience

• 01 – 02 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program activities and track overall progress against defined objectives.

• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate program data and records.

• Prepare periodic reports and ensure timely submission.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting standards, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Support awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community engagement initiatives.

• Assist in planning and implementation of child and mother care activities in line with program goals.

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, healthcare providers, and partner organizations to enhance program effectiveness.
