National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is hiring Assistant Director (Technical Analyst) (Contractual)

Job Description

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education required.

• Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience:

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in preparing structured technical reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with government, business, and technical stakeholders to validate business and system requirements.

• Prepare and maintain structured documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, and data flow diagrams.

• Collaborate with architects and development teams to support system design, feasibility, performance, and integration with NDEL and Digital ID frameworks.

• Support system development, training, SOPs, user guides, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives through user feedback.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, technical writing, and documentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with system design and integration frameworks is desirable.

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidate will be hired on a contract basis with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required).

8. Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
