About the Role

NADRA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Director (Project Coordinator) on a contractual basis. The role involves coordinating projects, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in Business Administration, Project Management, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
PMP certification will be an advantage.
Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education. Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or Public Sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively plan, schedule, and track project tasks to ensure timely completion aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with the Project Management Unit (PMU) and technical team leads to break high-level goals into actionable daily/weekly tasks.
Monitor project phases, stakeholders, and client engagement, providing regular updates to senior management.
Maintain organized project records, including contracts, schedules, status reports, briefs, and official correspondence.
Prepare technical and non-technical documents for government agencies and international partners, highlighting project progress and achievements.
Ensure clear and professional documentation to support project coordination.

Terms & Conditions

Appointment on a contract basis with a 6-month probation period (extendable if required).
