Job Overview

Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Team Leader – Fintech Collaboration to drive strategic partnerships within the digital banking ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing fintech collaborations that support innovation, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university

• Master’s degree preferred

• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered a strong advantage

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

• Prior exposure to the digital banking or fintech landscape will be an added advantage

• Sound technical understanding of digital platforms and fintech solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify fintech trends, partnership opportunities, and competitive risks

• Lead fintech partner due diligence, including:

  • Technology and product evaluation

  • Financial and operational assessment

  • Regulatory and compliance review

  • Risk identification and mitigation planning

• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure strategic and regulatory alignment

• Act as the primary point of contact for fintech partners, managing communication and resolving operational or strategic issues

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partnership execution
