About the Role:

As an Associate Data & Insight at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL), you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operational compliance and delivering actionable insights from complex datasets. You will be responsible for fulfilling regulatory and corporate reporting requirements, managing large datasets, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and SBP prudential regulations.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely data reports for regulators and corporate partners.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from financial systems using SQL and other tools.
Maintain adherence to audit observations from regulators and internal/external audits.
Develop and maintain dashboards and up-to-date management reports for stakeholders.
Perform complex data analysis, including statistical evaluations for product enhancements and business analysis.
Implement and monitor data validation procedures to ensure data integrity.
Conduct audits and reviews of data processes to uphold high standards of quality.
Manage loan management datasets, working closely with product managers, IT, and customer service teams to optimize systems.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel), Oracle SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Server Management Studio.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of financial systems databases, data analysis, and reporting automation.
