Job Description:
Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of InterLoop Holdings, is seeking a certified professional with proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Service, or related roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Developing a deep understanding of client business, needs, and challenges, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Proactively addressing issues and providing solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Ensuring accurate data consolidation for client approvals and further processing.
Acting as a liaison between Operations and Finance departments to guarantee timely invoice submission.
Monitoring and ensuring timely recovery in line with agreed credit terms.
Handling challenging situations professionally and effectively.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with analytical expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
Problem-solving ability and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
