Job Overview:

Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Interloop Holdings, is seeking a proactive and organized National Manager – Admin & Procurement to oversee administrative and procurement operations across its offices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid business administration knowledge, and hands-on experience in office management, procurement, and IT coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office spaces and guesthouses, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and administrative budgets.
Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies for trucks, warehouses, and fixed assets.
Maintain accurate insurance records and liaise with providers to resolve issues.
Supervise IT services for office staff and coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of IT systems and office equipment troubleshooting.
