Position Overview

Stylo is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst – Retail Operations to support data-driven decision-making across Sales and Operations. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about retail analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

The selected candidate will assist in preparing regular performance reports, maintaining dashboards, and analyzing operational data to generate actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting, support forecasting, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
Develop, maintain, and update dashboards using Power BI and advanced MS Excel
Analyze sales, inventory, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data
Support forecasting and business planning activities
Provide analytical support to the Line Manager and operations team

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in:

Business Administration
Economics
Statistics
Data Analytics
Or a related field

Required Skills

Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data filtering, formulas)
Familiarity with Power BI dashboard creation (preferred)

Retail industry experience will be preferred
