National Foods Limited is hiring Manager QA & Compliance

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

We are looking for a Manager QA & Compliance to lead our QA & Compliance function, ensuring our food products meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA & Compliance across all production and distribution units.

• Develop and implement company guidelines, SOPs, and policies.

• Ensure compliance with PSQCA requirements (inspections, license renewals, marking fees).

• Conduct and manage trainings on GMP, FS, HACCP, TACCP, PRP, etc.

• Lead vendor, warehouse, and distributor development & upgradation initiatives.

• Manage official audits, SEDEX audit support, and quality system processes.

• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous process improvement, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Sciences.

• Experience: 10–12 years in QA & Compliance or related food industry roles.
