The Division Manager – Talent, Learning & Culture will lead the People & Culture (P&C) strategy from a Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development perspective. The role serves as the key interface between local operations and Corporate P&C, ensuring alignment in learning strategies, talent processes, cultural initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts.
Develop and execute Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employee branding strategies
Lead employee marketing and social media campaigns
Provide guidance on legal frameworks and employment contracts
Strengthen talent acquisition and employer positioning initiatives
Advise employees on career growth, competency development, and career pathways
Design and implement succession and contingency planning frameworks
Coach and mentor line management to nurture internal talent
Facilitate smooth employee transitions across roles and functions
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business needs
Introduce innovative, modern, and blended learning solutions (digital & classroom)
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design tailored programs
Build coaching and mentoring culture across the organization
Deliver impactful learning facilitation and train internal facilitators
Drive employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs
Equip managers to support mental well-being within teams
Communicate compensation structures clearly and transparently
Translate business challenges into analytical use cases
Leverage data insights to support strategic decision-making
Present findings effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
Lead organizational design and change management initiatives
Apply lean management and continuous improvement methodologies
Use data and benchmarking to build strong business cases
Train stakeholders on OD tools and interventions
Promote strong organizational values and behaviors
Implement engagement measurement tools and action plans
Deliver tailored HR solutions aligned with local business needs
Lead the internal communications portfolio including town halls, newsletters, announcements, and project communications
Utilize multiple communication channels to enhance employee engagement and corporate goodwill
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable university
8–10 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning
Proven experience working closely with senior leadership teams
Strong technological aptitude and familiarity with agile, fast-paced environments
Ability to challenge the status quo and implement innovative HR practices
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to address both small groups and large audiences
