Job Description

Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow its Roshan Digital Accounts customer portfolio. This role requires strong customer engagement skills, investment knowledge, and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Roshan Digital Accounts customer portfolios.

• Address customer queries and provide timely, effective solutions.

• Guide customers on RDA-related investment opportunities (INPC, PSX, etc.).

• Conduct periodic KYC reviews and update customer records.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio growth.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.

• Additional: Qualification in Islamic Finance is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in banking or financial services.
