Position Overview

Join Nestlé as a Tactical Buyer and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement data in line with company policies and global standards.

A Day in the Life

As a Tactical Buyer, you will:

Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Partner with local business teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into procurement actions.
Provide insights, updates, and operational feedback to Business Partners and Heads of Procurement (HOP).
Conduct spend analysis, retrieve and analyze procurement data, and map Procure-to-Pay (P2P) channels to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with local suppliers for onboarding, operational support, or supplier transition activities as guided by sourcing/category teams.
Support sourcing strategies within budgeting and price planning cycles.
Contribute to innovation, renovation, and cost-optimization initiatives in alignment with category strategies.
Ensure compliance with the Nestlé Supplier Code and support audit-related actions at the site level.

Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
