What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 🎓

• 3+ years experience (1+ year in a similar role)

• Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and call center reporting tools

• Knowledge of banking operations & KPIs
