As a Production Planner, you will develop short-term, capacity-constrained production plans aligned with available resources and materials. You will ensure timely material availability while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop feasible production plans within the defined planning horizon (DPS), considering capacity, labor, and material availability.
Identify operational constraints such as plant shutdowns and promotional activities impacting production schedules.
Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials.
Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Define and manage stock policies for assigned SKUs.
Monitor supply-demand challenges for raw and packaging materials.
Collaborate with suppliers on continuous supply chain improvement initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful?

MBA / BE with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution Operations, or Warehousing.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MH Modules).
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver successful projects.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
