Key Responsibilities:

Maintain stock levels within budget and ensure maximum availability.
Monitor store orders, both automated and manual.
Liaise with suppliers and offer management for timely stock delivery.
Support Line Manager in controlling purchase orders and managing GNFR supplies.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely distribution of reports to concerned units.
Expedite procurement and process payment requests for non-trade items.
Manage petty cash and document sales & expense records.
Assist in audits related to sales, bank remittances, store assets, and cash funds.
Monitor store shrinkage and prepare waste vendor reports.
Oversee non-moving, old, and negative stock, ensuring accurate verification.
Promote a productive, supportive, and learning-focused team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with 6+ years of relevant experience.
