Job Overview

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Officer – WASH to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects. The role focuses on improving access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene awareness within targeted communities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, monitor, and report WASH program activities.
Ensure effective execution of projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and key stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and prepare project reports.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure project effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 02 years of relevant experience, preferably in WASH or development sector projects.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Experience in data collection and project monitoring.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data management tools.
Understanding of WASH and community development projects.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
