We are seeking an OPEN+ Deployment Lead for our factory in Sahiwal, Pakistan. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and organizational capability development while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
Promote safety culture through leadership, coaching, and behavioral role modeling.
Conduct safety training, awareness, and knowledge assessments.
Drive engagement and participation in Sustainability and OPEN+ initiatives.
Support EHS Pillar and Sustainability programs aligned with OPEN+ standards.
Support Quality (Q) Pillar initiatives and functions.
Promote quality-focused behaviors and continuous improvement mindset.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Coach teams on OPEN+ methodology and standardized processes.
Support leadership capability development and pillar qualification programs.
Lead readiness activities for future deployment phases.
Initiate and manage production improvement projects to enhance factory performance.
Implement and manage pillar synchronization master plans.
Lead productivity and loss-elimination initiatives (FI Pillar).
Strengthen KPI-driven performance culture across departments.
Ensure loss analysis and value stream mapping (VSM) drive improvement actions.
Develop and coach teams to build sustainable operational capabilities.
Strengthen employee engagement and ownership through visualization and coaching tools.
Collaborate on regional OPEN+ communication strategies.
Support Organizational (ORG) Pillar and People & Culture initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline).
Minimum 5 years experience in IWS/WCM systems.
Minimum 5 years experience in production or manufacturing environments.
OPEN+ Integrated Operating System knowledge.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manufacturing operations and quality management systems.
Supply chain and logistics understanding (preferred).
Experience in tobacco manufacturing processes is an advantage.
